Charger not included (USB-C)

Due to the EU Radio Equipment Directive, our speakers no longer include a charger. This policy aims to reduce electronic waste by encouraging the use of existing USB-C chargers. If you need a charger, you can purchase The Charger separately.

Refurbished Speakers

A refurbished Soundboks delivers the same audio ear candy as a brand new one. The only differences between the two are a couple battle scars and some extra durability testing. Oh–and the price too.

All refurbished Soundboks have been fully tested and work as you’d expect our speakers to. Plus, they come with the same warranty as a new speaker. Choose between four condition grades:

Like New - With next to no visible cosmetic imperfections, you can’t even tell these units have been partying. We wish we knew their secrets.
Very Good - Sporting minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small surface scratches, these Soundboks have had a few late night sessions before. They know the drill when it comes to dancefloor chaos.
Good - If these Soundboks could talk, they’d tell you all about the legendary moments and mad memories they made. But since they can’t, their noticeable scratches or marks can help you imagine.
Acceptable - These experienced party starters have bigger scratches or tarnished metal. Then again, if you’d raved as much as them, you would too.

All these speakers come in their OG packaging. Just like the speakers though, it may be a little scuffed up.

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over $600. All products purchased through SOUNDBOKS.com have an expected delivery time of 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Warranty + Returns

We have a two-year (+1 when you register your speaker) warranty in the event of a technical malfunction, and we’ll repair or exchange the product free of charge within your term. Do I need to use the Soundboks app with the Soundboks Go?
Nope, but we highly recommend it. You can play music wirelessly and use TeamUP to connect other Go and Soundboks Gen. 3 or 4 speakers without it. However, without the app you won’t be able to access the sound and performance upgrades. You’ll also miss out on the advanced controls and EQ profiles. Plus you can’t use TeamUp to assign speaker roles, and that stuff is really cool.

Do I need to register my Soundboks Go in the Soundboks app?
You don't have to, but there are a few benefits to doing it. If you want an additional year of warranty (on top of the standard Soundboks 2-year warranty) or want access to the full world of Soundboks (additional speaker security and the awesome features we’re currently developing) then you need to register.

Why does a Bluetooth speaker need to be durable?
We don’t know what your shindigs look like, but our parties and events are unpredictable. That's why we designed the Soundboks to be ready for almost anything while still sounding full and loud. The reinforced build and rubber bumpers of the Go means it can handle impact like a champ. The internal components of the Soundboks have an IP65 rating (though the bass ports mean that it should never be fully submerged), and the electronics and battery can play in temperatures from -10 to +40 °C (+14 to +104 °F).

Can I connect multiple Soundboks speakers wirelessly?
With TeamUp mode, absolutely. Using the amazing SKAA (pronounced like the musical genre) technology, your Soundboks can Host up to 4 other Go, Gen. 3 or Soundboks 4 speakers in Join mode. You can also Join any GO, Gen. 3 or Soundboks 4 speakers that are in Host mode.

Can I connect instruments and microphones to the Soundboks Go?
Nope, sorry 'bout that. Only the Soundboks Gen. 3 and Soundboks 4 includes the Pro Panel with microphone (XLR) and mixer/instrument (TRS) inputs.

What is the wireless range of the Soundboks Go?
When conditions are perfect, the signal is 50m (150ft). Similarly, the Bluetooth range is 10m (30ft) when optimised. This is largely determined by the setup you choose for your Soundboks speakers, the environment you’re in and the amount of people moving through the signal. You want to make sure you have the best conditions for the wireless connection based on this.

Connect in seconds

Turn on, connect via Bluetooth, and you’re making noise. Easy. For mixers and other wired gear, there’s a stereo aux (3.5mm) input.
